Founder and CMO
Debra Larkin brings over 25 years of experience as a high-tech marketing executive and nonprofit leader, with expertise spanning strategic planning, account-based marketing (ABM), brand positioning, and fundraising strategy. She has successfully led marketing campaigns that drive pipeline acceleration, donor growth, and market expansion across industries including SaaS, AI, cloud communications, real estate, and nonprofit organizations.
In her high-tech career, Debra played a key role in product launches, market research, and brand positioning for global technology companies, blending data-driven marketing frameworks with customer insights to deliver measurable ROI. She later co-founded a real estate and general contracting business, where she applied her marketing and operational expertise as CMO and VP of Operations to expand into commercial, federal, and high-end residential markets.

Today, Debra serves part-time as the Executive Director of Operations & Impact, where she leads strategic marketing, donor engagement, and operational initiatives for a nonprofit supporting single-parent families. In this role, she has developed the organization’s first integrated marketing and fundraising strategy, launched a signature annual fundraising event that exceeded revenue goals, and strengthened donor pipelines through corporate sponsorships, community partnerships, and digital campaigns.
Debra’s career reflects her dual expertise in B2B growth and nonprofit impact—helping organizations strengthen their brand, expand their reach, and achieve sustainable results. A registered Native American, she draws inspiration from her heritage and is deeply committed to community, faith, and creating better futures for families in need.
